Bear Cub Package - Flat Rate per Month
Do you want personal, full-service property management but don't want your income and expenses tethered to the nightly rate? Do you own larger properties that will inevitably gross more income but cannot find a property management company that doesn't take large sums of that from nightly rate percentages? The Bear Cub Package would be perfect for you with a flat monthly rate!

- Property sleeps 18 guests
- Your Property's Average Gross Revenue is $120,000
- Booking Platforms take 25%, leaving $95,000
- After 60 Cleaning Fees at $325/Clean, $75,500
- Assuming your PM takes no other fees like us, 20% of the nightly rate would be $15,100
- If you had a flat rate at $800, it would be $9,600, regardless of bookings, saving you $5,500
